Certified by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an ICF-accredited institute, John draws from his career in crisis intervention and family services and has developed proficiency in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Intelligence, and Positive Psychology methods. He tailors the coaching environment to suit each client's unique needs and circumstances. Collaboratively, John and his clients define personal values, establish individual goals, and chart a distinct pathway toward a life infused with vitality, meaning, and purpose.

Sylvie's obtained coaching certification from Erickson International Coaching School, an ICF-accredited institute, and has developed proficiency in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). Her training and extensive experience in leadership and Human Resources help to drive her clients towards higher levels of success.
Sylvie's toolkit includes positive psychology and non-violent communication techniques, ensuring transformative journeys. Fueling her spirit, she rejuvenates through exhilarating skiing adventures and immersing herself in the rejuvenating embrace of nature.
John and Sylvie's Story
John and Sylvie, both divorced after years of marriage, each had abandoned the idea of dating and short-term relationships. Instead, they dedicated themselves to self-discovery, healing, and creating a meaningful life without relying on a partner. Embracing the idea that their current life season might be a solo journey, they discovered a passion for serving others through coaching. Their paths converged when John, having given up on finding someone, stumbled upon Sylvie's coaching profile on Facebook. Struck by her genuine philosophy and honesty, he sent a spontaneous friend request, leading to a surprising and prompt reply.

Sylvie, determined not to compromise on genuine love, tenderness, and shared happiness, recalled a 4 am Facebook friend request that sparked daily conversations about their learnings, dreams, disappointments and shared passion for coaching. The exchanges evolved into video meetings, eventually culminating in a proposal to meet in Paris on Valentine's Day.

Your Venue: Wine, Warmth, Wonderful
Come and experience the world of luxury created by designer Virginie Dumon. Feel the elegant warmth of hand-picked materials and artisan shapes in this sheltered cocoon nestled in the heart of the Angueiroun domain surrounded by meticulously kept vineyards.
Each suite of the Villa Angueiroun features king beds, private baths, and access to large terraces and gardens. All rooms have their private terrace, private bathroom and of course, WIFI is provided. Naturally, all bed linens, and towels for your shower and the pool are provided. Chateau Angueiroun promotes an eco-conscious environment and they make every effort to reduce their impact on the environment. Thus, rooms are prepared and served "Airbnb" style. Sheets and towels will be exchanged only upon request.

Drawing chefs from across the region, this epicurean journey promises to craft memories worth sharing with friends and family. Embracing France's renowned cuisine, every meal features the finest culinary creations.
An amazing breakfast table awaits your arrival with an array of French pastries, croissants, fresh fruit, cheeses, granola, and yogurt. Lunch, a masterpiece by our caterer, showcases local favorites crafted from fresh, local ingredients.
Each dinner, skillfully prepared by local Chef and Traiteur, Laurent Loosveldt, is a gastronomic adventure paired with exquisite French wines. Laurent is a local favorite restaurantour and he is widely known for his unique approach to French cuisine. Thursday offers a special trip to La Lavandou, exploring the coastal village before savoring a historic restaurant's famous Bouillabaisse and fresh local seafood.
No one leaves the table hungry at Aged to Perfection. Your tuition covers all meals, beverages, snacks, wine, and digestives. This retreat is an immersion into the authentic French Riviera and our menu has been designed to support this experience. We will do our best to accommodate special dietary needs within the framework of the retreat theme—please share your requirements at the time of registration for a customized experience.

1 pre-trip coaching session to help you establish your goals for the retreat and learn what to expect during the retreat. A post-retreat session is provided to address any questions you may have and to review the progress you made on your retreat goals.

To Join Us

Make your non-refundable deposit of $500 USD per person.

50% of your balance is due by June 1, 2024.

Your remaining balance is due by August 1, 2024.
Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit. Cancellations made between July 1, 2024, and July 31, 2024, will result in a loss of 50% of the total trip price. Any Cancellation made between August 1, 2024, and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if the retreat minimum is not met. (If cancellation is made as a result of the minimum not met, you will be refunded in full).

If the exchange rate varies more than 5%, the price of the retreat will be subject to change. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.

If we find that the retreat is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
